Rubber Air Spring Isolators

Rubber Air Spring Isolators offers low natural frequencies between 2.45 to 6.5Hz. It is designed for air pressure of 1 to 6 bar.

Rubber made from high grade elastomer having steel reinforced hoops with integral heavy wall, aluminium base plate and cast iron top support plate having a tapped hole. Anti Skid is provided below the base plate for anti slip properties and no need of anchoring. Inflation is either through the moulded in-built valve or by the connection to a permanent air supply.

Highly effective insulation for the machines having low level of frequency vibration. Rubber Air Spring Isolator is well suited for both active and passive vibration control.

Permissible Temperature Range is -20deg C to +70deg C.

 

Applications of Rubber Air Spring Isolators:

It is best suited for both Active and Passive case Vibrations.

Note: For Active Case, Rubber Air Spring Isolator should use with viscous damping.
